Controlling what users can print/email and when
Print lists and email template can often get long and complex, users not sure which document to generate or email to send.

Working with the Arcus Team we have developed a technique where the Communication Panel can be flavoured around the status of a case, or the record type being used.
Getting text out of Notes​
Where councils have historic Notes records, or where external processes are being posted to the case via notes, we can now extract the note text including formatting, and insert them into any associated record. Watch the short video.
